All rooms are equipped with bed (with no mattress), desk, chair, closet, air conditioner, interconnections for TV and internet. Rooms in Building A and C, bathroom and kitchen are equipped and also you can put a refrigerator and a washing machine in the room. Residents in Building B can use the common ones. If International students wish to live in the dormitory since April or October, they must submit an application form in advance to the international student section. International House IzumoInternational House Izumo is located right on campus. Eight apartments are available for single students. These apartments consist of single rooms with a kitchen and prefabricated bath. Three apartments for married couples consist of a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. Six larger apartments for families have three bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen.International House Izumo, Tenjin branchInternational House Izumo, Tenjin branch was changed from staff lodging in 2006, 2007 and 2017. It is located 2km distant from campus. Private ApartmentsPrivate apartments in Japan are usually unfurnished rooms without appliances. Prior to renting a room, you should take an inventory of furniture and appliances already equipped in the apartment beforehand.When renting apartments in Japan, you usually have to pay an initial key money for owner (non-refundable) and deposit (refundable).
