It is necessary to have both the viewpoints of consideration of unique individuals and understanding the general principles of the human mind in order to understand humans. Students learn about the human mind and behavior multi-directionally by understanding the human mind and behavior scientifically through experiments and research, and by understanding the human mind practically, sympathetically and objectively. In the regional practice class, students learn empirically through involvement with local people. Through study, we build the capabilities to understand the human mind and behavior, and support people in mental aspects.
