On Friday, September 16, the commencement ceremony for the fall term was held at the university hall. A total of 17 graduates including both undergraduate and graduate students were conferred their degrees.

At the ceremony, President Hattori made a congratulatory address, encouraging graduates to establish their identity in this society of increased uncertainty, look forward to the future, and courageously try something while understanding the risks, and wishing them the best of luck in the creation of a bright new generation with strong resolve and global flexible creativity.
