Candidates are required to:
1) hold a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree and demonstrate ability to carry out excellent research works as well as to conduct classes listed above.
2) align oneself with the Shimane University Charter

3) move to and live in Matsue city or neighboring area after the employment.
4) demonstrate ability to guide the practical teaching and train in-service teachers, demonstrate strong commitments to collaboration with places of education and to the faculty management, in addition to one’s research and educational activities.
